Melissa Heisler is the Business Office Manager and Case Manager at Evolution Counseling. Her role entails billing insurance, managing payments, intercepting intake calls and coordinating client care. When you call, or stop in, you will be greeted with care, compassion and enthusiasm. Melissa is a driven, hard-working professional dedicated to supporting you on your journey.
Melissa earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management with a minor in Psychology from Valley City State University.

Anthony Wentz is a Licensed Master Social Worker and Licensed Addiction Counselor in the state of North Dakota providing comprehensive substance use disorder evaluations, individual and group substance use treatment, case management and family education to Evolution Counseling clients and their families. Anthony enjoys working with adults and adolescents and blends his humble, caring nature with a creative, collaborative approach to foster client self-discovery and self-determination.
Anthony received his Master of Social Work from Walden University and his BA in Sociology from the University of North Dakota.

Heather Gibbens is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Master Addiction Counselor in the state of North Dakota. She blends her person-centered and solution-focused orientation with her down-to-earth personality to bring both complexity and ease to the therapeutic space. Heather frequently enjoys laughter with her clients and shows a unique combination of gentleness and tenacity of spirit that is infectious and rewarding for client's growth.
Heather received her Master of Social Work from Florida State University and BA in Psychology from the University of North Dakota. She is well-versed in working with clients of all ages on issues related to anxiety, depression, family conflict, adjustment, substance use, and grief. She is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and has experience in treatment of acute stress disorder, historical trauma, developmental trauma, relational trauma and complex PTSD. Couples have found Heather to be helpful in navigating relational conflicts and restoring their intimacy.
Heather grew up near Cando, and is committed to providing quality services to the people of the Lake Region and surrounding communities.
